Requests for rent and utility assistance are not guaranteed. Hamilton County residents whose address is not covered by a Conference of St. Vincent de Paul may be served by the Neyer Outreach Center, and can apply in two ways:
Due to the large number of requests received, once a request for financial assistance is submitted, you will only be contacted if our team is able to assist. The timeframe for a phone call from our team will come within 7 business days.
We assist with furniture and beds for residents within the Cincinnati area. Furniture assistance is limited to one voucher per lifetime. Beds are limited to two per household, per lifetime. Due to the increase in demand, we cannot guarantee a request will result in assistance for these services.

We assist with Clothing/Household Vouchers that may be used at any of our eight Greater Cincinnati St. Vincent de Paul thrift store locations. Vouchers are distributed based on need, and neighbors are only able to receive vouchers once within a six-month period. Clothing/Household Vouchers are available through our Neyer Outreach Center (1146 Bank Street) on a walk-in basis only. To ensure that you are eligible for a voucher, please call our Help Line at 513-421-0602 to check eligibility for this service. Our team members will express what the process is for receiving a voucher.
