Outreach Centers & Conferences

Many Neighborhood Locations to Assist you

St. Vincent de Paul provides assistance at our two area Outreach Centers as well as through our 56 Church-based Conferences, which are located in neighborhoods throughout Hamilton County.

If your neighborhood is NOT covered by a St. Vincent de Paul Conference, you may apply for additional services from one of our Outreach Centers.

If your neighborhood IS covered by a St. Vincent de Paul Conference, please contact the Conference to request  assistance. The types of services available may vary depending on the Conference.

Outreach Centers

Don and Phyllis Neyer Outreach Center

The Don and Phyllis Neyer Outreach Center is located at 1146 Bank Street in the West End neighborhood of Cincinnati, just west of Over-the-Rhine. The Center is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to noon.  Services are provided to neighbors who do not live in one of the 56 parish-based Conferences. Outreach Center

Winton Hills Outreach Center

The Winton Hills Outreach Center is located at 4848 Winneste Ave., and serves those in the 45232 zip code only. The Center is open 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday only.

Services provided include rent and utilities assistance by appointment only. Please call 513-641-0382 to make an appointment.

Walk-ins for vouchers for clothing and household items, bus tickets, birth certificates, State of Ohio IDs, personal care items and diapers take place Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and can accept the first 15 people.
