You can make a difference and have fun by getting involved in the numerous drives and events offered by St. Vincent de Paul. Whether you give coats during our coat drive, attend the RetroFittings fashion event, or participate in the annual charitable golf outing, you’ll be helping neighbors in need.

Catholic Schools Week

For several decades, St. Vincent de Paul has partnered with numerous Catholic Schools during the week—which starts the last Sunday in January—to help our neighbors in need by collecting essential items like food and personal care items.

Fan and Air Conditioner Donation

Cincinnati summers can be extremely hot. And humid. As a result, every summer many of our neighbors suffer. That’s why we try to reduce the suffering by handing out roughly 350 air conditioners and 500 fans to neighbors in need each year.

Strike Out Hunger Food Drive

For nearly 15 years we’ve partnered with the Cincinnati Reds for our “Strike Out Hunger” Food Drive in which fans who donate three non-perishable food items to our food pantry receive a ticket to a future Reds game.

Kick Hunger Food Drive

FC Cincinnati is helping St. Vincent de Paul “Kick Hunger” with a food drive before a select home game in which fans receive a coupon from Wings and Rings with a donation of cash or a non-perishable food item.

Winter Coat Drive

Each year, as the temperatures drop and the first snowfall covers the area, St. Vincent de Paul collects new and gently used coats, as well as gloves, hats and scarves, and then distributes them to our neighbors in need through distributions at different sites around the county.

Each winter for nearly 30 years we have partnered with Kroger for the “Food from the Heart” campaign in which shoppers are asked to donate food or cash to help feed our neighbors in need.
