Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Baskets
Any neighbor in need is eligible to participate in the Christmas and Thanksgiving Food Distributions. The zip code limit that generally applies to our pantry will not be in place for these distributions. You do not need to sign up in advance. Please bring photo ID the day of the distribution.
St. Xavier Food Basket Program
This program provides a Christmas food basket delivery to families in need around the city.
There will be three coat distribution dates:
First Distribution: Seton High School Sunday, November 20, noon - 3 p.m.
Must bring ID for yourself and all other family members receiving a coat.
Second Distribution: Carl H. Linder YMCA Saturday, December 3, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Toy and Gift Programs
To participate in these programs you must sign up in advance and be selected. Sign ups for ALL PROGRAMS are taking place at 1125 Bank St. on Sept. 26 - 29 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. and on Oct. 1 from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. Signing up does not guarantee you a spot and priority is not given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please bring a picture ID, proof of address, and IDs for each child. (This includes Birth Certificates, JFS printouts, medical cards, or a lease that lists all the names. We will not accept Social Security cards.)
Angel Toy Program
Families are eligible every two years for the Angel Toy Program. Everyone receiving gifts must be a household member.
Families are invited to bring their children to 1125 Bank St. for the event. Parents will choose 2 - 3 toys for each child under the age of 14. There will be holiday crafts, pictures with Santa and other activities for the children.
Christmas Together Program
Families are eligible every three years for the Christmas Together program. Everyone receiving gifts must be a household member.
Chosen families will be matched with a sponsor and submit a Christmas wish list.
