Neighbors
Helping Neighbors. That's what the Society of St. Vincent
de Paul volunteers is all about -- caring people helping their neighbors
in need of the most basic necessitites - food, shelter, clothing,
transportation and emotional comfort. Through this unique style
of personal assistance, more than 700 St. Vincent de Paul volunteers
contributed more than 65,000 hours of service in 2003.

Volunteers are always needed for the following:
Bank Street Food Pantry - help stock
food and set-up supplies on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday mornings.
St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Superstore at
4530 Este Avenue, Winton Place - help is needed in the store
throughout the week
The St. Vincent de Paul Coat Drive
- help sort, hang and distribute donated coats in November and
December.
Thanksgiving Distribution at 1125 Bank
Street - help is needed to distribute Thanksgiving food baskets
the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
The Toy Drive - volunteers needed to
help in November and December.
