Get Help

Need Assistance?

We foster hope by providing spiritual, emotional and material assistance on a person-to-person basis.

At our Outreach Center located in the West End, 1125 Bank St. Cincinnati, OH 45214, we assist with the following services (please see list below for necessary documentation).

Our volunteers and staff members see walk-ins every Monday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00am. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer vouchers for clothing and household items that can be redeemed at any local St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. Personal care items are also available.

Rent and Utilities

Each week, we receive applications seeking assistance with rent and utilities and will set appointments to meet with those clients in-person. Those seeking help must fill out a Request Form for assistance. The form can be filled out in person Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm at our West End Outreach Center, online or over the phone by calling (513) 421-0602. Due to limited financial resources, not everyone who qualifies will be able to receive assistance. No documentation is needed to apply for assistance.
