Drop a Can or Two in the Barrel

We are once again teaming up with Kroger and Fox 19 for the annual Food From the Heart Food Drive. When filling up your grocery cart at your local Kroger location, throw a few extra non-perishable food items in and after checking out, drop them in the specially marked barrels. Or, you can make a cash donation in the change boxes at the Kroger check-out, or by clicking here and typing "Food From the Heart" in the special instructions box.

Help Make Ends Meet

Every day, St. Vincent de Paul receives more than 250 calls from families struggling to make ends meet...  a father has been laid off and can’t pay the rent; a mother and her children have just moved out of the shelter and have no beds or other furniture in their new apartment; a senior citizen can’t afford the insulin she desperately needs.  St. Vincent de Paul’s volunteers and staff are there for our neighbors in their time of need.  Click Here to make a financial contribution to support the work of St. Vincent de Paul.

Get Involved

St. Vincent de Paul offers numerous volunteer opportunities throughout the year, but our holiday programs mean the need is great during the months of November and December. Organizations, companies, families and individuals are encouraged to lend a hand with projects such as collecting, sorting and distribution of food, toys and coats. Share the Gift of Giving Hope

Looking for a gift for that special someone in your life – that one person that has impacted your life so much that giving them another sweater, coffee mug or neck tie couldn’t possibly convey what they mean to you? Maybe it’s a family member or a close friend. Maybe at some point they’ve been a source of great support, love or hope.

A gift to St. Vincent de Paul in honor of a friend or loved one is your chance to share that feeling of support, love and hope with somebody who truly needs it this holiday season. Give a gift to allow a child to sleep in a warm bed this Christmas Eve. Give a hungry family the nourishment of a holiday meal. Give an elderly man life-giving prescription medication. Make the Most of Your Gift With Employer Matching Programs

Did you know that some companies match financial gifts made by their employees to qualified charities? Often it’s as easy as sending a provided form along with your donation. Contact your human resources department to inquire about a matching program and to see if your gift to St. Vincent de Paul qualifies. Doing so could potentially double your contribution at no extra cost to you, thus maximizing your support for your neighbors in need.
