Current economic conditions have taken a toll on people in our community. Many families are still struggling through a lengthy period of unemployment. Those on fixed incomes, particularly the elderly, find it more difficult to make ends meet. Others have suffered an illness in the family and now face a loss of income along with the expense of prescriptions and medical bills. Many are people who have never asked for help before.
You can help by making a financial gift of any amount, making a planned gift, donating a vehicle, hosting a drive to collect food or personal care items, or giving gently-used clothing, furniture or household items.
